Vibration Problems

Had my 8S just under 1 month 1st week it was fine, then the Vibrate suddenly stopped working I tried everything, (reboot, restore to faactory settings but no look so I thought it was the hardware problem maybe the motor went , So just this morning I was going to send it back to be fixed but this morning the vibration started working again for like 3 hours and now has stopped again.. could it be something loose inside the phone?

1. has anyone else had a problem with the vibration on the phone?
2. Any ideas how to stop this? As when i'am at work I just want it on Vibrate but keep missing calls as it does not vibrate just silent.
3. How easy would it be to get hold of a new motor and have someone fix it? The nearest HTC dealer to me is like 3 hours away

Install a vibration app, one that i can see in the Store right now is Simple Vibrator, check if it vibrates on command, if it doesn't, you have to send it back.

1- no, I don't have an 8S
2- try to identify where the vibrator is located, and press slightly on the back of the case, if it works then there is definitely something loose
3- have no idea

Yes I downloaded Simple Vibrator but nothing, will send it back tomorrow.

on the 8s anyone know where thw vibrate motor is located?
