    I just got the Titan 2, and I love the phone, but the Zune software does not seem to recognize it. The phone shows up as an unknown device in the device manager. This is on Windows 8. I have tried reinstalling drivers and Windows update and the problem still persists.

    It seems like it is either a problem with my PC or Windows 8 in general. I tried it on my GFs PC running windows 7 and it worked fine.

    I have also tried only so far with Windows 7. Not with windows 8 yet.

    How many USB ports do your computer have? Try the other ports or try the connect to PC mode (turn off your device then do the power+camera key combo on WP7 lumia).
