I got my e-mail on 4/30 from T-Mobile talking about the Washington Attorney general case, so I have thirty days to act. I think about two weeks out I'll start the move to likely Simple Mobile and back to my HTC HD 7. If T-Mobile simply stated that "we plan on supporting the 810 and coordinating firmware updates with Nokia for "X" amount of time", there's a fair chance that I would not give back the 810 and not go through the hassle of changing carriers. I love the screen and I like having WP8. However without Storage Check and without any assurances that the 810 will get the upcoming WP8 OS updates, my first inclination is to flip off T-Mobile. I don't want to lie, it's my second inclination as well...
