Cant upgrade lumia 900

I am having lumia 900 which is from canada and i am opertating it in India. It is from ROGERS network, and is unlocked, i cant update its window nor can use nokia music, Pls help me how can update my software and start using nokia music etc.

If you change your region to Canada or US you might be able to get into the marketplace and get nokia music unsure about whether that might get you to update to 7.8 they stopped the update earlier and then got an update that corrected the bugs. They may have bypassed you so far it was staggered rollout.
