I need help with my Nokia Lumia 822

I have had 5 months exact with my phone and barely now i got this reset update and my phone doesn't want to update and it is stuck in a little sad face emoticon black and white and i need help to fix it.

Get in contact with Nokia, and see if they will fix it, as it should be still under warranty.
