Issues with lower part of screen

A few days ago I bought it for my sister and I set up for her. I noticed that I have to press hard on the lower part of screen [app bar and the more option (...) ] and even so sometimes it doesn't recognize touch sensitive. Is this known in the 810 or is this an isolated problem? :unhappysweat:

Hmm... I've never noticed this problem before.

I think that problem might be unique to your device. You should probably get it exchanged. My 810 takes some abuse and screen sensitivity is still buttery smooth.

This issue is very odd. After a few days of use I have noticed the following:

• If used with my thumb it responds to touch about 85% of the time
• Any other finger, normal touch, about 40%
• Problems seems to be present (at most times) while on portrait but on landscape it responds to any of my fingers about 95%
• I've tried with and without a screen protector.
