The power button in my radar gradually stopped responding. I had to press it firmly for a few seconds to lock or unlock the phone. Now it barely ever works, and I'm using the camera shutter button to unlock the phone. I'm afraid I won't be able to power the phone on once it turns off.
I think that the button is simply jammed inside with dust and debris. Does anyone have experience opening up the phone, or removing the button and cleaning it? Or it replacing with another button? Maybe someone here has a link to a tech spec so that I know where I'm going after opening up the case. Can I just glue it to something and rip it out, or that would be a terrible idea?
I'll appreciate any help. I'm going camping for a weekend = I won't have access to the power = the battery will discharge
