I'm hoping someone can help me because neither Vodafone nor HTC themselves can help !!!
Recently had a HTC windows 8S and although I'm really happy with the phone there is an annoying glitch. If I turn on my mobile data connection I can't get accesss to the internet. In order for it to work I have to switch the phone off while the connection is enabled and then back on. From then on, no problem accessing the internet as long as Ieave it on. I don't want to leave my mobile data connection on continually due to data useage limit. I've tried everything from factory reset, new internet APN, software update, etc. I've spoken to Vodafone technical, HTC technical, even asked my dog !!!
If anyone has nay idea why I get this fault I would appreciate it greatly.
