I updated to new firmware on 05/20 and since that day I have had to reset my phone everyday because it became unresponsive. This morning the phone finally bricked. I get the Nokia logo and then a blue screen. I have tried hard reset with button with no success. :eck:

Have you pulled the battery out and let is sit for a while, then put battery back in and plug in power cord.

Do you have a sd card Installed ? try removing it..

I would say download nokia suite and reflash your phone, but, that may not help..but then again it could..

Where did you purchase your phone from ? you may be able to return it if within xamount of days..

I contacted Nokia for assistance and they provided me with the steps for the hard reset
I purchased it from HSN
The phone is still freezing up so i will be sending it in for repair.

that sucks. It seems that this is one thing Windows Phone needs to improve: Firmware Updates. If it silently fails or installs incorrectly, it seems to brick the phone. They should add a failsafe, such as a backup partition or something...
