My Phone is locked to china store

I have a problem,
when i try to download apps or games like skype,facebook and twitter
I don't find them on the market, when i try on the Huawei Hub i find them but it says that i can't download them because of my region!
And yes, i changed the region on the settings, tried restarting my phone, tried resetting my phone, and nothing worked.
(and also all of the store is full of ****ty Chinese apps)

You can try to use a US ROM
