WiFi disconnects when Bluetooth Headset is connected

Hi! My wife is having trouble when she connects her Bluetooth Headset to her VivoTab Smart. WiFi gets disconnected every time she connects the headset. Can anybody tell me what's the problem with the tablet's Bluetooth or WiFi?

I often use my VivoTab Smart with a Bluetooth headset and Bluetooth keyboard attached while connected to my home wifi network. So the tablet is capable of connecting to BT + wifi at the same time. If you have another BT headset available, try that. It could be an issue with the headset radio not behaving and interfering with your wifi. Another thing you could try is to set your wifi network to another channel to see if that helps.
