Computer won't recognise device.

So I got a brand new HTC 8s today, but i can't put any music on it. I'm running Windows XP SP3 and before anyone says 'You should upgrade' I don't have that option. It's not available to me. I have no idea how to transfer music across. When i plug in my phone, it just shows as a camera in my windows explorer and I can't do anything with it but view files. Need help ASAP D:

If You have a microSD card for the phone, I recommend to use a card reader. The card reader works independent of the OS and file transfers are WAY faster !
