Here Drive not installing

Is there any error codes that shows up and try a soft reset to see if that fixes the issue.

You should be installing drive plus (assuming you are on Verizon)

It wont be the sim that causing the problem.

You could try taking the SIM out and powering up the phone. I believe that will put it into pure CDMA mode (3G). As the device is not activated in VZW network, it should not matter. Then hook to WiFi and try downloading the app again, see if it works then.

Tried the suggestions above and nothing worked yet. And what's really weird is that Nokia Music won't install either

*UPDATE*

Had to do a hard reset and now it works. Sucks because I have to manually set up my work email and my homescreen again, but at least I got those to finally work
