super sensitive touch is a feature of the digitizer, glance is a feature of the display beneath, two usually different parts.
While I don't know whats going on in Nokia's head, here's my take:
It has an LCD, which is already a strike as compared to AMOLED. Yes, the LCD-equipped 920 and 720 do have glance.
but I think primarily, the 52x has a lower quality display and likely would use more power than Nokia's engineers would've liked. The official reason is "hardware restrictions" as given by Nokia.
My guess is that the lower-cost backlight won't like the really low power level that Glance would require and would flicker or otherwise look bad.
As for the 525 thouhg, I'd love to be wrong.
