My 2520 just started dying on me. It takes easily 10-20 minutes to boot up. Then once it finally does, it freezes as SOON as you hit any app.
AT&T says they don't service tablets, so I have to go through Nokia.
Anyone else having this issue?

So you are saying it was fine before? Can you manage to do a refresh on it from charms->PC Settings->Recovery? If you're like me and don't have much stored on the machine itself, maybe even a reinstall would be worth a shot.

I take it you are over the 14 days AT&T replacement window?

That sucks. You could try from the command prompt if you can get to desktop -> command prompt (admin). use:

shutdown /r /o /f /t 00

/r = restart
/o = advanced options on restart
/f = force apps to close
/t 00 = restart in 00 seconds

From the advanced options menu you can select Refresh or Reset.
