Black Nokia 822 blurred and out of focus camera

I am in India, purchased a brand new 822 from a seller in the Chicago area and got it shipped, i have purchased many phones from him. In the past, but This time there seems I got a dud as far as camera is concerned.

Whenever I switch the camera either to take a picture or video, the camera is very very blurred and out of focus as if someone has put a lot of oil on it

Any way out or should I get the camera changed locally.

Then phone is on Amber.

I had that happen to me once, pictures were blurry, out of focus and with unwanted light reflections. You know what the problem was? The camera was dirty. I cleaned it with a microfiber cloth and voila.

Naa, the lens is clean, there is no issue like that.

You could try resetting the camera app.Settings>Applications>photos+camera.
