ive lost signal completely on my phone just constantly says no service in the top corner and i know its not my bill as ive been in touch with t mobile, i just cant figure out whats up first time this has happened, any ideas?:/
Try Manually selecting network. So to settings where you have carrier option. Scroll down and you have the option to search for carriers. Normally its is set to AUTOMATIC. Once your device shows you networks available, select your carrier name and it should be done...
My Nokia 1520 has also seen a degradation in phone signal since the update on the UK O2 network. I have tried to talk to O2 but as usual they display the normal lack of customer service and told me to contact Nokia. This is not an inexpensive phone, and represent the flagship of Windows Phone; I mean come on guys this is really bad. Before the update I was fine no problem at all. Hard reset did nothing to improve the situation and O2 well they are just C**p.
