Problems after replacing screen on HTC 8S

Since replacing a cracked screen on my HTC 8s I've got a few problems.
I can send & receive calls but they don't show up on the screen.
I can send & receive texts but they don't show up on the screen either.
Everything else is working ok.
Anyone got any ideas please?

Hi there! I've recently had my screen replaced and having similar problems. Along with not being able to see the texts I've sent or received, everytime I try to open any app (I.e maps, htc, email, etc) I can only access phone, music hub and text app that doesn't crash.

I've turned off my phones multiple times, factory reset it more than the fingers on my hands :/
Anybody out there that can help us? Have you solved your problem? Any help would be great!
