Any way to disable call history?

I have Lumia 521. I would like to know if there is some way to disable the call history. I find it very annoying that every time I touch the phone "tile" the phone displays my call history. I want to be able to go directly to the dialing pad. Please don't tell me I can delete the call history. I already know that. What I want is for the phone not to keep a history of my calls at all. I've looked at every setting I can find, but I haven't found one that will disable the call history. Also, even when I do delete the call history the contacts I've recently called still show up under recent calls, so I want to disable that too. Grrr.
