it was said to be made available to all, you must have misread, been misinformed, or read too much into the announcement. :)

Lumia Denim is a firmware update, so all Lumia running WP8/8.1 will probably get it. As for certain features however, some models may and may not have it, due to hardware limitations. The announcement specified the 930 and 1520 having few features because their processors support it.

Of Course not! It will surely get Lumia Denim. And, if we are lucky it may also receive a Windows 10 update.

Windows Phone 8.1 plus cyan came or in May and now it's October. I still don't have the cyan update and I will never get it I guess. At least not in my Lumia 620 Germany.
