My Lumia 625 fell into water and is not working any more, what should I do?

my lumia 625 get in to water and not working any more what shuld I do?

after I saw my device with water on it I shut it down then after I dry it, I tried to turn it on.
unfortunately, the screen in on with some sort of maintenance log on the screen and I can turn it off again of do any thing.
I tried to press on all of its bottoms or the touch screen but nothing happens!!
What should I do now?

Not sure how you dried it but putting it 24 hours in uncooked rice can help.
(Get the back cover and battery out).

After that try to switch it on.
If it does not start proper try to connect it to a pc to see if you can copy data from the internal memory.
If that is not possible get the SD card out and place it in the card reader from your pc to see if you can copy data.
For your phone try if a hard reset will help. If that false try to use the Lumia software recovery tool. If that fails than the water damaged your phone and you have to send it for repair.
