late updates

after updated 8.1 still now i did'nt get any update even i am daily checking updates ,but my friends who are using 520 they get the new update like cyan

If ur on 8.1 then it is cyan already unless u used pfd to get 8.1. And If u did use pfd then u basically have 8.1.1 aka denim.
But if ur waiting for official denim without pfd then presently it has not been released for 625 in India although it was released for 520 and 525 so wait a bit and u will get it.
