no LTE, everyone or just me?

I have not had LTE on my 8xt for a month. A week or two after the MMS change that required turning off LTE to receive picture and group messages I stopped having LTE all together. It is turned on in the cellular and SIM setting so that's not the problem. Spring has great LTE coverage all over the city so that is also not the issue.

Is this a problem with my phone alone or is LTE turned off for al 8xt users so that the MMS problem isn't visible?

Try updating your network profile. I was having some issues connecting to LTE after the most recent update; updating my network profile seemed to do the trick.
