So, I've had my Miix 2 8 for around 7 months now, and apart from the slightly iffy WiFi connection (it's not great in my house, and virtually unusable upstairs at the back) I've been really happy with it.
However, the USB port stopped working several weeks ago, and after sending it back to Medion in Germany, who handle the European warranty, I was quoted ?157 for a repair. Not impressed given that I only paid ?135 for the tablet originally, but obviously I'm not paying so am getting it shipped back in the next week.
Which leads to the main question -- has anyone else had the same problem with USB port failure, and if so how would I go about fixing it?
