Why is my Nokia Lumia 625 continually hanging?

i am using nokia lumia 625 andits going hung no touch effect not even of power button, every 5 minutes it goes hung for couple of minutes please help with me with any idea

Did you already try a soft reset?
Did you get a new touch panel recently? If you did not use a genuine original OEM part then that may be the rootcause.
Otherwise i would recommend a factory reset but before you do than be sure you have a backup.
