I was experiencing no GPS signal and low WiFi signal and I sent my Nokia to service. I just got a call that the frame had a small crack and the antenna is broken. They said it is NOT covered by warranty and it is my fault. The phone shows casual wear and tear but it has not suffered any major impacts and there are no signs of falling (no cracks on the screen and the case has no deep scrapes). The conclusion seems to me unfair.
Has anyone else experienced any similar problems?
The GPS/WiFi/BT antenna is located in upper corner on Lumia 625.
