Follow these steps:

Find "settings"
Press arrow right to access the main menu.
Press Internet Explorer.
Press the dots in the bottom right corner of the display.
Press settings.
Clear browser data
Press delete history.
Press delete to confirm.
Exit
Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

On 610 due to low ram the non system apps expected to run slow
