After the last updates of windows 10 my laptop ASUS gets blocked in BIOS
Hi,
The last 5 days i have a huge problem with my laptop. After the last updates of windows 10 my laptop ASUS had a problem after the login: the display was all black and could only see the mouse. i had this issue for 4 days every time i tried to login into my computer.
Yesterday however, after 20 minutes of black screen, there was an error message that appeared that said that that there will be made a complete analysis (or something like this, i am not a specialist). and when the laptop rebooted it went directly to the BIOS (or whatever it is called) and wouldn't go further! i pressed F10 to save and exit and ESC just to exit and every time the system reboots and goes back to the BIOS. I even restored the factory settings. I am desperate! Please help.
