How can I delete update files and download again?

[Windows Central Question]

Hello. My Lenovo laptop auto downloaded Windows 10 Insider Build 10565 and show a message to restart to install update. When I restart, my laptop doesnt upgrade, instead it do a normal restart. I tried to remove downloaded files from Disk Cleanup, tried to unregistered and register again to receive preview builds and also switch between Fast and Slow ring. Restart after each step.
What can I do?

Try deleting the "$Windows.~BT" folder, reboot and try the updrage again.

I dont have a $windows-bt folder in system partition.

How bout a $Windows.~WS folder?
