Windows Central Question
I've bought some music over the last year on my Windows 8.1 phone, their new way via XBox, which is annoying enough, but now I find I can't listen to it unless I'm connected to WiFi! In other words, this music that I paid for is somehow not on my phone but in the cloud somewhere. The exact times I want to listen -- on the subway, on an airplane -- are when I can't. Obviously something's wrong. I've tried synching etc. but nothing works. Can anyone guide me? Thanks.
