My Nokia Lumia 625 hasn't got the Denim update. How can I get it?

My Nokia lumia 625 hasnt got the denim update.

Hello everyone my name is Marco, so since i buyed my lumia 625 i wanted to update it to "Denim", my phone is currently running WP 8.1 Cyan, and when i go to settings - phone update, the phone literally doesnt find any update.
If anyone can help me ill appreciate it.

We would need to know what it says under Settings > extras + info > report back on what appears under:

Manufacturer Name
Mobile Operator

Those two key pieces of information will help us trace if Denim was ever released for your specific variant or not...

Alternately, you could try using the Windows Device Recovery Tool and see if it offers you a new version. That would wipe your phone data though. Make a backup first. The tool can be found here: https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...singleTopic%26topic%3DFA142987&token=yykAr-vX
