Also, no. You are welcome to use the Insider program, which has varied results. If you have time to burn and don't mind erasing your phone if need be, I suppose its worth a try.

Your post seems weird as I already moved it out of the 10 PC section.

Also worth noting that people sometimes stick threads wherever, us mods and ambassadors keep it organized.
