Why Are Videos Transferred From My Nkia Limia 822 Shown Upsidedown On My PC?

Nokia Lumia 822 Windows Phone 8.1
Windows 7 Ultimate X64

I connect the phone to the pc via the USB cable. I select browse files. I copy .mp4 files from the phone by dragging and dropping them in File Manager.

When I double click on them and Windows Media Player opens the video is upside down.

How do I turn them right-side up?

I'm thinking this happened because you had rotation lock on and the video got recorded upside down. I think you'll have to use some editing software to change the orientation. Search online for ways to change orientation of videos, you'll find something you can use
