I love the windows OS, I do not hate other systems!
I can not wait octobar 6, it is the date of my birthday...
I hope microsoft will send me a birthday present, one lumia 950 black!!!

This is a photo of my Microsoft Band, taken with my Lumia 1020. I have got my Band at the beginning of 2015. I wanted to have it so badly because I am a Microsoft early adopter (and Windows Insider), but I was not able to purchase it due to the fact that, at the time, it was not available in Europe. So, I have asked a friend of mine from Washington, DC, to buy it for me and DHL it to Romania, where I live. This increased the price of the Band with 25% due to transportation costs, but, hey, a man need to make sacrifices in order to get what he wants . Of course, I had to wait on a waiting list for a while, as it was out of stock in Microsoft Store, but finally I got it. I am very happy with it and I even use it instead of my traditional watch, because I like the design and it gives me so much more information.

Specialty of the place: this is a place where three great seas meet(The Indian ocean,Arabian sea and Bay of Bengal ).It is a beautiful place to witness the most spectacular sun rises and set in the world.The amazing location of Kanyakumari is such that you can see the sun rise from the sea (from the Bay of Bengal on the east) and set into the sea (the Arabian sea on the west).

Nokia Lumia 630 Dual Sim was my first Windows Phone.
I had been using android before that and had got bored with (rooting, custom ROM, running scripts). Too much to bother about.
That's when I decided to switch to something new and different.
I came to know about the Nokia Lumia 630 Dual Sim from a TV ad.
Brought the device one week after its launch. I knew the moment I got the device on my hands that I had made the right choice.
The experience and performance was good.

Fast forward 1 year and the 630 is still alive and in good condition (first time a device is staying without damage from my hands).
My mother wanted to have a smartphone as she wanted to use WhatsApp. (She was using basic Nokia phone).
I didn't want her to have an android as her first smartphone since I knew how tedious it is to manage and keep things running smoothly.
She is happy with her first smartphone. She is saying that its snappy, easy to use and just about the right size to hold comfortably.
I also needed to switch phones for a better camera. I did research for 2 months on Windows Central Forums and Youtube and finally ended up with the Microsoft Lumia 640 XL Dual Sim.

After a failed delivery from an online shopping website (amazon.in), I proceeded for refund, got the money and went to a brick and mortar store to buy the phone myself.

I recommended Windows Phone to two of my hardcore android phone using friends.
They brought the 730 and they are saying that they will never buy android again.
Even I am not going to return to android.
As long as there is Windows Phone, I will keep buying them if there is a need and if I have the budget.

I took this photo earlier this year. It was first communion for my daughter and I wanted to get some interesting pictures, so I used the Lumia Cameria Classic application for an Action shot. I was just snapping pictures, hoping to get something that looked good and didn't really discover I had this until afterward when I was going through the shots and was adjusting the various images in the Action Shot. Yeah, there's a bit of discoloration - but it's a damn cool effect.



Action Shot is one feature now I absolutely must have in any camera app.

Because I like playing games while listening to music so much, and at most nights I just stream games from Xbox console that's in the living room, to my Alienware Alpha in my room, coz I can (I actually cbf playing in the living room because I just want to go straight to bed after playing). I use Xbox One Smartglass on my 925 (but the phone in the photo is a 435 because I wanted to show that I use the Xbox App) to change the song and also to message friends because it feels like I'm just texting them, hence easier.

Do we count in hardware whose brand Microsoft owns now, but didn't at that time when they were made? For me these old Nokia phones represents the perfect engineering. They were designed to be user friendly with hugely long battery life, robust as hell, I dropped mine constantly without permanent damage.
