A typical fishing boat in Dakar, Senegal in front of one of their most famous mosques. These guys work seriously hard leaving land at 400 am or so every morning and then coming back in at like 4 pm. When they come back, after selling fish (thiof, dorade, etc), the generally play football on the beach and work out and then home. By the way, the fish is AMAZING.

Inflatable Kayak? If so, how sturdy is it and what brand? Been considering an inflatable kayak to carry around with me on my bike in case I wanted to just randomly hop in but, been kind of hesitant about quality.

It was taken in early October at the Santorini old port. The name of the boat is Aphrodite.

I was just scrolling through windows central website on my phone when noticed the Boat competition. As it was already getting dark, I quickly dressed and run out to Finsbury park in London, UK, to take a picture of boats I discovered there a few days earlier.

So I have been traveling in Europe for the past 3 months but before I left I managed to grab a NOKIA Lumia 930 in white (I live in NZ so had to be imported as I couldn't wait until September or October or whenever Vodafone NZ was bringing the black only variant) and I have not been disappointed (I switched from using an iPhone previously). Though I have many photos of...or on boats this one is my favourites taken in Venice. I've done a bit of tweaking in Lumina Creative Studio to polish it a bit and uploaded it from OneDrive so not sure of the quality (it was an under 2MB upload). Am still learning all the ins and outs of the camera but also really looking forward to the Denim update!!!

Daily Ride. This is a picture shot on the commercial fishing dock in Stonington, CT. This is the last commercial fleet in CT. I shot it with my Lumia 1020 and applied the HDR filter from Thumba Pro (still, far and away, the most capable editing tool on Windows (phone)).
