India's Idea Cellular enables carrier billing for Windows Phone

It looks like Indian carrier Idea has enabled carrier billing for Windows Phone, which allows customers to purchase digital content from the Windows Phone Store with their phone balance. Several users on our forums have already confirmed that the option is now working for them, and if you're an Idea customer, head on over to the payment options on your phone to check if it is available for you.

I use IDEA prepaid account. But i havent got this feature yet. Please help!

Even after tapping on "Add or Switch Payment Methods" I dont get this carrier billing feature. It shows Microsoft gift card and credit or debit as seeen in the screenshots.

I got a different issue. I can download paid apps through Idea 3g but get an error while doing the same through wifi

Idea carrier billing has gone! I was downloaded so many paid games and apps but now I can't download more paid games and apps :'( I am really frustrated! Does anyone knows why idea removed carrier billing??
