Microsoft has stated that it will sunset the Xbox Live Indie Games and XNA Creators Club programs, with the XBLIG marketplace shutting down in September 2017. The announcement comes as the Redmond giant focuses its efforts on the ID@Xbox program for the Xbox One and Windows 10:
