Microsoft acquires in-game physics developer Havok from Intel

Microsoft has announced a new deal that will allow the company to acquire Havok, the well-known game tool creator, from Intel. Havok has created a set of tools and applications that allow game developers to add realistic in-game physics models inside their games.
