Microsoft wants people who own any old Surface tablets to consider getting the newest model, the Surface Pro 4. The company has launched a website where people can find out the trade-in value of their old Surface device, then turn it in so they can get a promo code via email, The code can then be used to lower the price of the Surface Pro 4 at checkout.
