Some PC OEMs support reps are telling customers not to upgrade to Windows 10

Windows 10 launched over three months ago, but apparently some PC support reps for third-party OEMs like Dell and HP are not fond of Microsoft's latest release. They are apparently telling some customers not to upgrade to Windows 10, even if the problems are not directly related to the OS.
