Windows 10 Mobile's Touch menu settings now have the new user interface

Windows 10 Mobile users will see a new update for the OS that has a small but interesting change. The Touch menu settings for the OS have now been revamped so that they look like the new user interface for the OS, rather than the old UI used in Windows Phone 8.1

vibration when touched has been set to Off and yet it vibrates. Also, if I try to set it to On then it asks to restart the mobile but it doesn't happen. Ultimately, it doesn't work. Also, there's a bright dark blue dot on the bottom right corner of the screen in the ' touch' menu under extras. I have the Lumia 730 build 10.0.10586.
