Oculus founder and CEO Palmer Luckey has something he wants to say, and he's going to say it on Thursday, December 3. Luckey, who helped to create the upcoming Oculus Rift virtual reality headset, is set to make a "major announcement' on that day as part of The Game Awards 2015 streaming event, The awards will begin on that date at 9 p.m. ET and will be streamed across several different platforms, including Xbox Live..
