I'd like to have confirmation on something guys. One of the options on the gleam.io widget is to comment on the blog post. This is a departure from "participate in the forums" requirement of the previous contests . Participating on the forums means I can post on any forum thread like this one and it would count for the day, however the current rule seems to indicate that the only ones counted would be if you comment on the surface pro giveaway blog article itself?

Nice, this is my dream combo of things (also take alot of photos) my surface dropped and broke a few years back and i haven't had money to replace any thing except for the phone for years, just glad my 9 year old desktop is still working... Hopefully i can get this combo of things later this year (either by winning or buying)

i dont have yet a tablet. it will be a great equipment to accompany me at the university. for example i am preparing for the exams and i need just to consult some documents from here and there. make small calculations. to use a bit the matlab with simple functions. this tablet will be more usefull than my chunky and old laptop.

Its really cool to hear from Microsoft regarding the surface app on the surface devices regarding the battery performances.

i want to win it so that i can do lighter tasks than my laptop. sometimes i really need to do some non intensive computing tasks on my laptop and i have to take it out from my backpack and then open and to hold that almost 4 kg piece of hardware. but with the laptop i can quickly take it out from the backpack or as it is so lightweight i can carry it in my hand and whenever i need to make some easy matlab calculations or some presentations i open very quicly.*
