Intel's 9th-gen laptop processors are here, and they bring 5GHz cores, Wi-Fi 6, Optane, and so much more.
Following their launch last year, Coffee Lake is making its way to laptops. Sitting at the top of the pile is the i9-9980HK, which like its desktop counterpart (the i9-9900K) also goes to 5GHz. The processor has eight cores and 16 threads with a base clock of 2.4GHz. Intel is also rolling out Core i7 and i5 models with quad and hexa-core configurations.
