    People across the web can't upload photos of their morning coffee as Instagram is down.

    Instagram is down to start the day. People attempting to share images of their morning coffee will have to resort to Twitter, Facebook, or other platforms. According to Downdetector, the outages started just before 6 AM ET, which is prime time for posts to start the day.
