I saw this article and was very excited. I had a Microsoft 365 Family Edition license, so I thought I could just go to the Office 365 portal and enable Microsoft Defender for Individuals. Only, when I got into the Office 365 portal - nothing was there.

OK, I give up. How do I get to it?
