Easydom is a Microsoft partner and the company has an app available for Windows Phone, enabling consumers to manage an Easydom system and take full advantage of home automation. It's possible to control lighting, alarms, temperature, as well as creating customized scenarios for different setups.
If you've been looking into automating some household systems, solutions like Easydom is the way forward. Their Windows Phone app also supports Cortana, which is a big deal with Windows Phone 8.1 and it looks awesome, thanks to a video released by the company on YouTube.

when you have a home automation system in place, that's installed by easydom, and which costs more than the cost of the app, you will buy the companion app.
