Verizon Wireless: We won't support Wi-Fi calling until mid-2015

A Verizon Wireless executive stated this week that the company won't be adding support for Wi-Fi calling for its smartphones until sometime in mid-2015, stating that it will take "some technological work in our network to make it available."

I just hate the way this is stated. We "Won't" be supporting Wi Fi calling until mid 2015.

Sounds like the attitude goes into all Verizon's daily business.

Wouldn't their customer base have preferred to hear something like this" We will be supporting Wi Fi calling by mid 2015 at the latest. Thanks for your patience and we know you will be pleased with this capability."

A company that definitely needs an influx of humility toward their customers.
