Microsoft says it will control Windows 10 Mobile update releases instead of carriers

Microsoft has been at the mercy of wireless carriers when it comes to releasing over-the-air updates for Windows Phone 8.1. Now a new report claims Microsoft will have much more control over the update button for Windows 10 Mobile devices.
