LG will bring its thinner and lighter smartphone-style touch panels to notebook PCs

One of LG's subsidiary companies, LG Display, has revealed it has begun mass producing new touch panels for notebook PCs that are much thinner and lighter than normal. The technology used to make these new panels was first used in the recently launched LG G4 smartphone.
